All referees need to bring your own water bottle to refill throughout the tournament, water will be provided. Please plan accordingly.

Field Locations -
We are using the entire Dicks Sporting Goods complex for this tournament. Please read your schedule carefully and be sure that you have directions to the correct field for your assignments. Click the information bubble attached to your game assignments and it will generate driving directions to your field location. You can also visit

Referee Check-In: Arrive at the referee tent a minimum of 45 minutes prior to your first game of each day. The referee check-in site is located near field 12 near the east entrance to Pod 2, check in with the site coordinator before going to the field.
Team Check-in: Field Marshals will obtain passes and roster, and perform an equipment/safety check of the players.
Referees will return the passes/rosters to the teams at the end of the game after completing paperwork. All passes/rosters will be in a plastic box near the corner of each field for the referees.
Remember -- Shinguards are mandatory and players are not to wear anything dangerous to themselves or any other player on the field. Select a game ball from the home team. Per CYS youth rules, home team shall wear dark jersey, and visitors wear light. In the event of a color conflict the vistors must change.
Game Cards/Reports: Game cards for each match will be provided to the center referee at check in. This is the official report of the game and verification of referee payroll. CENTER REFEREE AND BOTH ASSISTANT REFEREES must review and print your name on the game card for each game worked. It is important that all referees keep their own record of games worked.

4th Official - Standby Referee
If you are listed as a 4th official...
In the knockout rounds of competition (Quarter final, Semi final and championship games) we will use standby referees as 4th officials you will be paid for 4th official duties. During pool play you will be paid as a “standby”, you must be present at the fields in or near the referee tent during this time. Referees on standby may be asked to fill in if needed or assist with errands between fields (ie. Game card collection, team check-ins etc.) as requested by the referee site coordinator. Standby pay must be approved by referee tournament staff.

Payment is the responsibility of Trebol Soccer Club and will be processed through Refpay.com, referees without an account will need to establish one at Refpay and enter the USERNAME and 10 digit account number in your personal contact information at GameOfficials.net. Please note that if you opt to receive a check there will be a $3 check processing fee assessed. Referees must be USSF Certified for 2010 in order to be paid for games worked. Game cards must be completed legibly, in full, and must include the names of all referees who worked the game in order to receive payment.
